UK Charts: Pink and Oasis tops this week

Pink scores another week at #1 in the UK Singles Charts with “So What” while Oasis sees their 7th #1 album in the UK Albums Charts.

American rock band, Kings of Leon spends second week at #2 with “Sex On Fire” while Sugababes lands to a new peak of #3 with “Girls”.

Rihanna climbs to #4 with “Disturbia” and Ne-Yo ascends from #11 to a new peak of #6 with “Miss Independent”. The highest new entry of the charts belongs to Kaiser Chiefs who scored their 5th UK top 10 with “Never Miss A Beat” which debuts at #5.

Last week’s top 10 hitters Boyzone and Oasis stumbled further in the bottom half of the UK top 20.

Meanwhile, in the albums chart Oasis gains their 7th UK #1 album with “Dig Out Your Soul” while last week’s #1 “Only By Night” by Kings of Leon stumbles at #2.

Duffy spends her 32nd week at the albums chart with Rockferry still charting at #10.
