US Charts: Britney owns the top bitches!

I guess, Britney has done it again ladies and gentlemen. Her new single, “Womanizer” lands to the top spot of the Billboard HOT 100 charts in the US from an amazing 95 leaps to #1. Her new single, is also gaining the top spot in the Canadian Hot 100 flying from #43-#1. (source: olgalovesyuri.blogspot.com)

Britney knocked former double whammy rapper, T.I which stays at #2 with “Whatever You Like” and his collaboration with Rihanna “Live Your Life” drops at #3.

UK, Australia and Irish #1 Pink slips to #4 with “So What” while Katy Perry’s follow up to “I Kissed A Girl”, “Hot N Cold” hops a slot at #5.

Ne-Yo also climbs to a new peak on the US charts with a new peak of #9 with “Miss Independent” while former chart topper Leona Lewis gains a brand new peak of #11 with her second US single “Better In Time”.

David Cook, the reigning American Idol champion is quite falling down in the charts (literally) with his single “Light On” slipping to #66 from #17 last week. (That ain’t a good start for Cookie)

Meanwhile, in the albums chart T.I spends his second week at #1 with “Paper Trails” while J-Hud (Jennifer Hudson) falls to #4 with her self-titled debut album. Oasis debuts at #5 with “Dig Out Your Soul” while Bob Dylan enters the chart at #6 with another compilation.

    Yep, Miss Thang has indeed done it again. Only her 2nd #1 in her career. Toxic so should have been a #1!

    agree. 🙂 but I guess it will only last for a couple of weeks or so. Waiting for an Australian, UK release for Womanizer. She’s back and she’s not the previous troubled Britney we loved over the last few years. Hahaha.
