UK Charts: Lily stays on top

Lily Allen tops the UK Singles Charts for another week. Making it 2 weeks in a row. Her album, It’s Not Me, It’s You debuts on UK market today.

Lady GaGa remained at #2 with her former #1 “Just Dance” while Tinchy Stryder jumps 1 spot from #4 last week with a collaboration featuring Taio Cruz “Take Me Back“.

Highest new entry in the top 40 comes from, Eminem featuring Dr.Dre and 50 Cent with “Crack The Bottle” which debuts at #4.

Other new entries in the top 20 are Australian R&B singer Daniel Merriweather’s debut single “Change” debuts at 8. Shontelle also enters the top 20 for the first time with her hit “T-Shirt” jumping to #13 this week. British group N-Dubz also enters the top 40 this week with “Strong Again”.

Meanwhile, in the albums chart Bruce Springsteen still dominates the top albums with his seventh #1 UK album “Working on a Dream”. Scottish indie band The View enters the chart with their second album “Which Bitch” at #4.
